Kenny Knight is a combat-tested Marine Corps and Army veteran, entrepreneur, motivational speaker and author who has built his life on grit, resilience, and relentless drive. Purpose:

The purpose of the first phase of the “No Excuses No Regrets” Boot Camp is to familiarize the individual with different exercises and expose the muscles to the feeling that accompanies a great workout. The well balanced meals will reset the metabolism and introduce the individual to a healthy eating style that will not only allow the individual to build lean muscle, but also, to utilize fat as energy and burn it off. During this phase, expect to lose some fat and build some muscle. You probably won’t see a significant change in weight, due to the fact that you’ll be gaining muscle while losing fat. Your results will vary because everyone’s body responds differently and because it’s only a 30 day program but you will notice results, nonetheless, especially in the strength category. For greater results, complete the second and third phases of the “No Excuses No Regrets” Boot Camp.

The purpose of the second phase of the “No Excuses No Regrets” Boot Camp is to really excel the fat loss process. During this phase, although weight lose isn’t the goal, but because of the carefully designed nutrition and workout plan, expect to lose fat and weight at a great rate. The purpose of this program is to focus on fat loss and muscle building, this is the phase in which lots of fat is lost and the byproduct of this is weight loss. Also, muscle building continues to happen in this phase due to the increased intensity of the workout program. For greater results, complete the third phase of the “No Excuses No Regrets” Boot Camp.

Once you’ve completed the “No Excuses No Regrets” Boot Camp and you’re satisfied with your results, go back to eating well balanced meals like in the first phase.

If you’ve completed the “No Excuses No Regrets” Boot Camp and feel that you have further to go to reach your goals, repeat the program.
