RAGE FITNESS BOOT CAMP

The 4 Week Boot Camp is a beginner / start over exercise program designed to challenge you physically, emotionally and mentally. Boot Camp consists of exercise, nutrition, strength tests and body measurements.The classes consist of weight training and bodyweight exercises that are performed in a progressive manner.

Time: Monday-Thursday

           5:00 am

           6:00 pm

           8:00 pm

Price: $200 for new students
