Rage Fitness is where it all began! In 1995 Kenny Knight opened Rage Fitness and there have been countless success stories and fitness goals reached since! Many of the programs used in No Excuses, No Regrets LLC originated here. Rage Fitness is a sister company to No Excuses, No Regrets LLC. Rage Fitness is not your typical gym. First, it has a class based schedule that promote fat loss and strength building in many different ways that complement any client and their desired form of exercise to accomplish their fitness goals.
